4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled cruise or departure time. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure, a 50% refund applies. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show. In cases of severe weather conditions or other force majeure events affecting safety, the company reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the cruise. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
