Are Transfers Private or Shared?
We offer both private and shared transfer options. During the booking process, you can select the type that suits your needs. Shared transfers may include additional pickup points, while private ones are direct and exclusive to your group.
How Far in Advance Should I Book My Transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to coordinate your pickup smoothly, especially during high season.
What Information Do I Need to Provide When Booking?
You’ll need to enter your full name, father’s name. ID or passport number, contact number, date and time of transfer, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, and any special requirements (e.g., child seat or wheelchair assistance).
Can I Cancel or Modify My Transfer Booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your transfer booking, but all changes must be made by phone. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund applies. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or in case of no-show.
Will I Receive a Confirmation?
Yes, once your booking is complete and payment is received, you’ll get an instant email confirmation with all transfer details. Please double-check the information to avoid any issues.
